This easy itinerary climbs the western flank of Monte Castelle along the coast, in the shade of the coppice and chestnut groves in the upper part.

Along the road that leads from San Zeno to Biaza (Laguna locality), take the road on the right up to the entrance of the Cervi estate (La Cà locality). Immediately after, take the mule track that goes uphill along the estate wall (path 36).

We thus go up to the church of San Bartolomeo. The original sacred building seems to have been built in the mid-16th century. The current church was built in the 1700s, with a bishop’s license from 1738. It has a rural Romanesque style.

After the small church, you arrive at the paved road (Prada Bassa) proceeding to the meadows of Prada Alta (Parking), the border between the territories of San Zeno di Montagna and Brenzone sul Garda.

Here is the departure station of the Prada-Costabella cable car.
