From the Prada Alta car park, go down the road towards Sciafera. At the crossroads, turn left (path no. 655) following the main road that leads close to a group of tourist huts.
We entered the Val da Sacco. Follow the cart track (always signs no. 655) that climbs into the valley, skirting the hydraulic defense works of the river bed.
We thus arrive at a crossroads with various paths and take the cart track to the right uphill that will take us through meadows and clearings in the beech forest, touching Malga Pralungo Alta (1282 m) and soon to the filling pools of the sinkholes under Cima Mandra from which the place takes its name. After a short climb you arrive at the parking lot.
